Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays. We ship using trusted carriers such as Evri and DHL, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, and reshipping fees may apply. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
